MYGOAL PLAN

Your transformation process will be fully customized according to your needs based on your evaluation. If you are an aging adult requiring physical therapy services, your intervention may involve one or more of these components. Your evaluation will be vital to identify what will be integrated into your treatment sessions but they are not separately priced. Sessions are 60 min one-on-one. If you only require wellness and continuity such as when you have been discharged from a previous PT, we will assess what exercises will be appropriate for you but the session durations may vary.

MOVEMENT CORRECTION

  • Postural assessment and Correction.

  • Proper body mechanics education and correction.

  • Range of motion and Flexibility exercises

MILE MARKER

  • Exercises to improve your endurance level regardless of your baseline.

  • Gait training, addressing your deficits so you can achieve your first and ultimate distance goal.

BULK AND POWER

  • Building strength and power  for aging adults who struggle with their daily functional mobility. 

  • Customized exercises for aging adults who either want to stay active or for those with chronic health conditions.

BALANCE

  • Structured and customized balance interventions for Fall prevention.

  • Extensive education on fall prevention, caregiver training.

  • Progression of exercises with proper dosing to improve balance.

URBAN POLING

  • Nordic Walking offered both individually or in small groups.

  • Whole body workout with use of Urban poles or Activator poles.

  • Integrated with physical therapy sessions or stand alone wellness program.
